ALIGN-CCUS Webinar 6 - Implementing CCUS in Society

The sixth webinar from the ALIGN-CCUS project looked at the crucial issue of societal support for delivering carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS) in Europe. Our research partners from Work Package 6 shared summarised results from their work to date, with a focus on:

  • Public perception of industrial carbon capture and storage (CCS)
  • Stakeholder perceptions of CCUS
  • Designing effective community engagement and compensation strategies
